Caren Atanackovic, Administrative Assistant
Caren Atanackovic joined the Division of Performing Arts, Music, and Film in April 2006. A graduate from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2004, she majored in Music and minored in Business Administration with an Arts Management Emphasis. Through internships she gained extensive experience working with the Akron Symphony Orchestra and Ohio Light Opera where she completed duties ranging from developmental grant writing and budgeting to assistance in front-of house and the ticket office.
As an active chamber musician, she has studied and/or performed in festivals including The Spoleto Festival (Spoleto, Italy), Musique de Chambre (Les Ecrins, France), and Meadowmount Music School (New York).
Most recently she moved back from Vienna, Austria after having studied for a Violin performance diploma. Currently, she performs in various chamber music settings throughout greater Northeast Ohio.
